ACCOMMODATIONS:

Air conditioned, 2 bedroom,  2 bath, with a living room, kitchen,
and balcony that comfortably sleeps 4-6.

Clean, quiet, private first floor condo in a family resort.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, cable TV, and balcony access.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and uses a common bathroom.

The recently updated living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 swivel rockers,
cable TV with DVD, and balcony access.

Kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher,
and garbage disposal.  Dining area has seating for four and a breakfast bar with
2 bar stools.

Unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Unit is located one block from the ocean which boasts a beautiful, wide, beach.
Take a walk on Apache Pier, the longest pier on the east coast.
You can fish or take a break from the sun in the restaurant or Arcade.
